  •  I did my schooling at Niketan school.
     I got a 9.5 CGPA in metric and in intermediate I got 89.8% and in Diploma I got 85.48%.
  • Coming to my education qualification, I completed my graduation in 2022 in the stream of Electronics and Communication Engineering with a 7.5 CGPA from ——– College of Engineering, Bhagalpur, Bihar with an aggregate of and I did my schooling at School Name.
  • I am quite good in C and Java.
  • If I talk about my family, we are of 5 members. My father is a businessman, my mother is a homemaker, and my younger brother and grandmother.
    My Strengths are a positive attitude and adaptability to work in any environment.

What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

  • Confidence means I can do it and overconfidence means only I can do it.
  • Confidence depends on your knowledge. Overconfidence depends on your fake attitude &
    shortcut.
  • I can try to do the job I am assigned with confidence. I can do everything is overconfidence.
  • Confidence: I can do that work. Overconfidence: I only can do that. Nobody can’t do it.
  • Confidence: I can do it. Overconfidence: Only I can do it.
  • A good Attitude or positive attitude for any work is called confidence. Bad Attitude is called
    overconfidence.

What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

  • Hard work deals with our patience and power to work whereas. Smart work deals with just brains
    which work only when we are interested. I prefer smart work but smart work may fail but hard work
    never.
  • Hard work is done physically while smart work is using machines or devices.
  • Hard work: Doing work with more time. Smart work: Doing work with less time and the result is the same.
  • Hard work is employing all the efforts and skills to finish a job. Smart work is the same, but being
    able to do it fashionably and stress-free by employing new techniques and methods.
  • Hard work means we struggle without a goal. Smart work means when we struggle when we
    have a goal.

How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

  • If there is my requirement I am ready to work at night and on weekends.
  • Sir, I have no problem working at weekends and nights. If I am a part of your company then it’s my duty
    to be there when you need me.

Can you work under pressure?

  • Yes, It’s my pleasure to work under pressure because this is the best time to show my abilities and
    confidence.
  • Yes, I do work on those situations moreover I think pressure comes, and it gives ideas to work better.

    locations. And it feels too good.

How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

  • As long as I will be satisfied with this job.

Would you lie for the company?

  • Yes with the lie is good for a company I will do that without any harm to anyone.
  • No sir I cannot lie for the company as I have my morals and ethics towards my profession. I love my
    work and I can’t cheat myself moreover honesty is the best word for my actions.
  • It depends on the situation if I lie to help the growth of the company and it does not affect to
    our clients and customers then I may lie for my people and company.
  • Not at all. There are other ways and means to control or handle a situation.
  • Never like to get relief from a lie so far. I strongly hope I will find an alternative solution by my
    knowledge. If I fail, I will try to alter the truth instead of completely cheating.

Who has inspired you in your life and why?

  • My role model is Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. Because he is very dedicated towards his work. He made his
    unique identity in odd conditions and never gave up. And also present him as a role model for us.
  • My role model is Narendra Modi. Because he works for 16 hours in day. I like this kind of dedication
    to work.
  • My parents inspired my life they taught me how to walk, read, write, run, and so on.
  • Sir, The person who inspired me and motivated me at each step of my life that person is my father,
    he taught me how to face problems.

What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?

  • When I am making a decision for myself I don’t feel as if it is tough for me but when others make it for me
    I feel sometimes tough.
  • When I make the toughest decisions I don’t feel like I take a tough decision. I thought about how to analyze the
    problem and solve it in an easy way.
  • Sir. I think making decisions is not tough. Tough is to move on with that decision. And what is a tough
    decision, A decision which we can take.
  • Sir, I think decisions are right or wrong it all depends on us. If we are determined about anything then
    it is easy I always think about its results if I can.

Have you considered starting your own business?

  • Yes, sir, I will own my business after retirement. For now, I will focus on improving my performance
    and skills for career growth.
  • No, Sir, I do not have any plans to start my own business. I just want to make my career in
    a reputable organization. I will consider this organization as my own organization. I will work here
    with full dedication. My focus is on improving my performance and advance career in the growth of the
    company.

How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?

  • The iteration of dreaming, working, and achieving is called Success.
  • Success means completing an object or reaching our goal. Achieving the right aim is called success.

If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?

  • Yes, I will continue my job. I will keep that money for future days and will use it in my retirement days.
  • Yes will continue my job otherwise I will become lazy and fat.
  • I just don’t accept that lottery because it’s not my earnings. I just do not want to accept anything
    which is without hard work.

  • I searched online about this company they provide different IT solutions and services working here will
    help me to gain knowledge and to build my career.
  • It is one of the best fastest-growing companies in India. The work environment of the company is very good.
    People feel proud to be part of the company. It has many breaches across the world. So I have a good
    opportunity to show my talent!
  • TCS is a very good company. One of the best companies in the global market. Actually, we don’t need about
    company history.
  • This company is a good growing IT solutions company. In my way which company wanted to give an
    opportunity to freshers that company would be a challenging company.

How much salary do you expect?

  • As a fresher, I have no idea about the salary scale. Sir, I think this is a great opportunity to improve my
    skills and ideas. You are a big reputed company and I have full faith in you that you should pay with
    my abilities.

  • If you asked me to rate you I will give you 10/10. Because you are in such a good position to hiring
    peoples for your company. But you have a Short pan of time to judge the candidates. You are doing it
    perfectly!
  • I have no ride to rate for your interview. As I’m fresher I have no idea how the interviewers 
    perform because this is my first interview so I can’t rate you, sir, thank you.
